Kilometer-long traffic jam blocks movement towards the Southern Black Sea coast

A kilometer-long traffic jam has formed on the main Sozopol – Primorsko road. According to reports from travelers on social media, the cause of the blockage is a minor accident that occurred in the busy section.

The traffic jam is about 7 kilometers long, with hundreds of vacationers left stuck in their cars under the scorching sun.

Difficult traffic in both directions

  • Towards Primorsko: Traffic is completely stopped in the area after the turn-off for Ravadinovo.
  • Towards Sozopol: Additional congestion has formed as some drivers are attempting to make a U-turn to avoid the queue.

At the moment, there are no alternative detour routes, which forces travelers to arm themselves with patience. Law enforcement authorities are expected to clear the incident as soon as possible.
