The Consumer Protection Commission announces the recall of IKEA 365+ VÄRDEFULL, black garlic presses, with barcode 20152158 and batch numbers from 2411 to 2522 due to the risk of small metal particles separating, which could end up in food. Consumers are urged to stop using the product and return it to an IKEA store for a full refund.

The Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) received information from "HAUS MARKET BULGARIA" EAD about an established danger in the use of IKEA 365+ VÄRDEFULL, black garlic presses, with barcode 20152158 and batch number from 2411 to 2522. The reason for the withdrawal is the risk of the release of small metal particles during use, which can get into the food.

The affected products have a product code of 201.521.58 and a date marking from 2411 (year, week) to 2522 (year, week). The safety of consumers is a top priority for IKEA, so they urge all owners of these garlic presses to stop using them and return them to the nearest IKEA store for a full refund, without the need to present a receipt.
