The football clubs FC "Athletic" and OFC Nesebar from Nesebar participated in the tournament with competitors in the age groups from 2012 to 2018. The team of "Athletic" - the 2018 recruitment, won the first place in their age group, while the team from 2016 took third place, and the competitors born in 2017 finished fourth. The team of OFC Nesebar - the 2012 recruitment took third place in their age group.
The organizers emphasized that the holding of such a large-scale sports event requires months of planning, coordination between multiple institutions, and great responsibility towards the children, their coaches and parents. They thanked the Municipality of Nesebar for the opportunity provided and the good partnership that is the basis for the holding of the tournament.
The tournament was distinguished by improved logistics, clear real-time communication, well-prepared teams on site, and an increased focus on electronic coverage - programs, results, photos and videos were available online during the event, according to the comment of the coach of the organizing club Ventsislav Gichev.
The next football event will be held in the fall.
