Inspectors from the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision (SAMTS) will conduct inspections in June for the proper and safe operation of the elements of swimming pools, adjacent to accommodation facilities. The aim is to ensure the safety of users and to take measures in case of established violations.

In connection with the start of the summer season, the General Directorate "Inspection for State Technical Supervision" at the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision (DAMTN) will conduct inspections in June for the proper and safe technical operation and maintenance of the elements for installation, filtration and pumps for swimming pools located on the territory of the country. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure compliance with the requirements set out in the Ordinance on the proper and safe technical operation and maintenance of the elements for installation, filtration and pumps for swimming pools - independent or adjacent to accommodation facilities (NPBETEPEVFPPBSPMA), and to ensure the safety of users. In case of detected violations, all administrative and administrative-penal measures provided for in the normative acts will be taken.

Inspections of the proper and safe technical operation and maintenance of the elements for installation, filtration and pumps for swimming pools - independent or adjacent to accommodation facilities, are an annual practice, carried out by the GD "Inspection of State Technical Supervision" at DAMTN in implementation of the Agency's Annual Plan.
