Borisov stated that he sees "a significant opportunity" to combine the position of leader of the party list between the two mayors. He referred to them as "undisputed authorities" and said it is time for a new approach in the party structure.
Dimitar Nikolov: Useful Mobilization
Mayer of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, commented that "we can be useful," by combining tasks related to regional development. He added that mayors should work for the party, not just for their cities.
Zhivko Todorov: Sucking the Potential
Mayer of Stara Zagora, Zhivko Todorov, pointed out that regions are "sucked dry" by the capital and need a policy that supports them. He explained that the regional program must be part of the party strategy.
Ongoing Evaluation
Borisov commented that he is carefully observing the lists of the new coalition around Rumen Radev. He added that he is "convinced" that mobilization will yield good results and stable governance.
Other Possible Candidates
According to information, the combination of the position could also be considered for other mayors, especially those with an executive role in party politics.

The mayors of Burgas and Stara Zagora stated that coalition culture in politics must change. They pointed out that "hate cannot be a daily routine".
