Borislav Gutsanov on the Upcoming Election of the BSP Chairman

The BSP Congress must elect a chairman who, in such a difficult moment, can put the BSP on the right track and bring it back to its foundations. This was said to journalists in Pazardzhik by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy Borislav Gutsanov, in resignation, regarding the upcoming election of a new party chairman. I am more than convinced that Bulgaria needs a left-wing party, such as the BSP, added Gutsanov.

I am sure that the congress will approach wisely and we will choose what is best for the BSP and for the state, he added. Gutsanov added that he was pleased with the decision of the National Council of the BSP to hold a congress. I am convinced that this is the right path, he pointed out.

How many parties are there that, in such a difficult moment, can gather, their structures elect candidates for Members of Parliament, candidates for party chairman, Gutsanov asked. According to him, this in itself speaks volumes about the BSP.
