Free open cooking classes on traditional cuisine are being held in Kameno today from 10am to 12pm.

The demonstrations take place at the Municipal Centre for Comprehensive Work with Children, which is housed in the Hristo Botev secondary school.

Participants will cook dishes themselves from fresh seasonal produce and get to know local cuisine. They will also learn how to present food as a cultural and tourist experience.

The classes are part of the project "Exploring the Past: Experimental Archaeology as a Catalyst for Tourism and Growth", which is co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg IPA Bulgaria-Türkiye 2021-2027 programme.
