Following its highly successful premiere in Sofia and a second encore performance driven by strong public demand, the original musical "Yan Bibiyan" by the Alma Alter Theatre Laboratory is heading on tour to Burgas. The performance is scheduled for August 28 at 7:00 PM and will take place in the Sea Garden, at the training base of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" – Burgas Branch. The venue is located right next to the fountain, diagonally across from the Summer Theatre, and admission is completely free.

Exactly three years ago, the building underwent a complete transformation, taking on a new identity as a significant university space for the branch's needs. Today, it is a hub of active life, filled with student internships, scientific seminars, film screenings, youth theatre productions, and a variety of cultural events. "Yan Bibiyan" is conceived as a play for all generations – suitable for children and adults from 1 to 101 years old, aimed at anyone who still carries the memory of running barefoot through the streets, whistling, and the ability to feel "as small as a morsel and as strong as a giant."

The production offers a new, contemporary take on Elin Pelin's iconic novel. Through a combination of live music, choreography, humor, and rich creative imagination, the spectacle recreates the eternal struggle between the forces of good and evil. The performance poses important questions to the audience that remain relevant today – regarding the value of friendship, moral choices, the process of growing up, and the invincible power of the human heart.
