On February 26th (Wednesday) at 6:00 PM in the hall of the Regional Administration - Burgas, a creative meeting will be held with the distinguished Bulgarian composer and writer Prof. Dr. Ph.D. Philip Pavlov.
The event will offer young viewers, as well as their parents, teachers, music educators, and all lovers of children's art, an exciting musical-poetic experience, where his latest publications for children will be presented.
The children's choir “Milka Stoeva“ with conductor Marieta Seklemova will participate in the program. The talented young performers will present songs from the author's collection “Verses and Songs for Easy Children“ - piano accompaniment by Prof. F. Pavlov. The works are intended for children of preschool age and in the first school grades.
The audience will have the opportunity to hear selected poems from the latest poetry book “A Key to Magical Secrets“, written to introduce children aged 5 to 8 to poetry.
Prof. Pavlov's works enrich the children's world with themes about nature, the seasons, animals, and with an interesting look at everyday children's experiences. The verses are presented with a lot of imagination, melodiousness and warmth towards the readers.
The author will actively participate in the event - he will accompany the performances of the songs on the piano and will personally present some of his poems. The creative meeting has not only a cultural, but also an educational character.
Not only children, but also parents, teachers, music educators and all lovers of children's art will be able to enjoy the personal meeting with the author of the songs and poems. Prof. Dr. Ph.D. Philip Pavlov composes music in all genres - from children's songs to large-scale symphonic and oratorio works. In addition, he is also the author of ten books, four of which are dedicated to the children's audience.
The author traditionally donates the proceeds from sales to charitable causes in support of Bulgarian children in need.
The creative meeting is realized with the support of the Municipal Enterprise “International Youth Cultural Center“. This initiative will encourage interest in musical and educational activities in kindergartens and primary schools.
