The series "Mamnik," which has turned viewers of the Bulgarian National Television into its loyal fans, continues to accumulate prestigious awards from international film festivals. The series solidifies its status as one of the most successful Bulgarian projects in recent years.

"Mamnik" is proof that Bulgarian folklore and criminal mystery are a recipe for international success.

Global recognition for local cinema

Just a month ago, the co-production of BNT, Falconwing Studio, and Global Films was named best series at festivals in the USA, Switzerland, and Great Britain, and also became a finalist in Paris. Now, "Mamnik" adds a new success to its collection – first place in the TV/Web Series category at the Silver Screen Film Festival in the Czech Republic.

What is "Mamnik" about?

• Plot: A struggle between man and an ancient evil, revived from folk legends.
• Mystery: 12 episodes filled with tension and twists in the village of Vrakola.
