Disney is releasing the long-awaited third installment of the cult science fiction series "TRON". "TRON: Ares" follows the adventures of an advanced Program sent from the digital world to the real world, marking humanity's first encounter with artificial intelligence.

The new film "TRON: Ares" is a continuation of the revolutionary "TRON" from 1982 and "TRON: Legacy" from 2010. Directed by Joachim Rønning, it tells the story of an extremely advanced Program named Ares, sent from the digital world to the real world on a dangerous mission. This marks the first clash of humanity with artificial intelligence.

Starring in the main roles are Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, as well as Gillian Anderson and Jeff Bridges. The producers are Sean Bailey, Jeffrey Silver, Justin Springer, Jared Leto, Emma Ludbrook, and Steven Spielberg, and the executive producer is Russell Allen.
