The literary format “Poetic Replicas”, part of the program of the Burgas Writers' Community, will have its first edition for 2026 on February 10 (Tuesday) at the House of the Writer.

The event will bring together representatives of the young generation of authors who, in recent years, have been establishing themselves with strong creative appearances and awards. Personal invitations to participate have been sent to Marina Arnaudova – winner of the annual poetry award of Burgas Municipality for 2025, Denitsa Mladenova – winner of the “Dobromir Tonev” award for a first book for 2025, as well as to Bozhana Slavkova, winner of the international poetry competition “Mili Dueli” in 2024.

The program also includes Eva Gocheva, Boyan Boev, Gergana Chanakova, Kaloyan Chobanov, Stiliyana Yanakieva, as well as authors from literary clubs in Burgas secondary schools and the community for young creators “For Flying People” at the Center for Young Talents.

The format remains open for “last-minute inclusion” from young authors whose texts fit into the style of “One sound. One image, one action, one inhalation and exhalation” – a concept formulated by Ivan Metodiev.

“Authors can participate with poems, fragments, short stories… “Poetic Replicas” is a format that erases the boundaries between participants and audience, between writers and readers. I started it in 2023 because I want to participate in the cultural life of the city not only as a representative of Burgas Municipality, but also as a creator. There is no bad season for good literature,” shares Diana Savateva, initiator of the format and moderator of the event together with the poet Lyubov Dzhungurova.

In the February 2026 edition, poems by Burgas authors who are no longer with us will also be heard, and everyone in the audience will have the opportunity to read a favorite work by a poet or a fiction writer.

Students from the branches of the Theater College “Lyuben Groys” and NATFA in Burgas will also join the literary evening, as well as students from NUMSI “Pancho Vladigerov”, who will contribute with musical performances.

“Poetic Replicas” – February 2026 promises a meeting with live, sincere, and inspiring literature that will warm the winter in Burgas.
