A Celebration of Poetry and Inspiration in Burgas
On May 11 at 5:00 PM, the awards ceremony for the winners of the 11th National Literary Contest "Sea" will take place in the "Petya Dubarova" hall of the "Sea Casino" Cultural Center. The event brings together creators and connoisseurs to celebrate the power of the written word.
"This year's edition of the contest has found its strong poetic voices," shares jury member Rumyana Emanuilidu.
Event Program:
- Presentation of the poetry collection "The Universe in Your Eyes" by the 2024 Grand Prize winner, Mario Savchev.
- Premiere of "Mechanics of Silence" by Kalina Lazarova, winner of First Place in the second age category.
- Musical performances by students from the piano class at the "St. St. Cyril and Methodius 1985" community center.
The contest is organized by the "St. St. Cyril and Methodius 1985" community center with the support of the Municipality of Burgas and in partnership with the "Znatsi" Publishing House. The jury, headed by Assoc. Prof. Ivan Hristov, PhD, highlights the high quality of the works and the ability of young authors to engage philosophically with nature.
Admission is free for all lovers of literature and music.

Абе, пичове, к'ви сме ние хора? Конкурс за морета! 🌊😂 Браво на организаторите, че подкрепят младите – винаги е добре да има кой да пише за вълните, рибите и чая у плажа. Аз лично си мечтая някой млад поет да напише стихотворение за паркингите около морето - това вече би било истинско изкуство! 😂
Ахахах, супер! Готино е, че има такива конкурси, наистина. Бургас - топ дестинация за културни събития, безспорно. Дано да има нещо свежо тая година, а не само познатите рими за "морето, вълните и любовта". Малко да помислят младите хора, да пишат за реалния
