The Student Committee of Burgas Municipality (UKOB) invites everyone on December 2nd at 7:00 PM in Expocenter – Flora, Hall 2, for the official awarding of the winners of the first edition of the youth poetry competition “Burgas Inspires”.

The event will be presented in the form of a musical-poetic spectacle, which will recreate the atmosphere and emotions from the works of the young authors.

The competition is organized in partnership with Burgas Municipality, the Youth International Center – Burgas, as well as with the assistance of the Regional Library “Peyo Yavorov” and the Aviation Museum – Burgas.

“Burgas Inspires” gives young talents the opportunity to express their creative potential and their emotional connection with the city through poetry. The idea is for each participant to create their own poem, which is inspired by a quote from a favorite Burgas poet.

The initiative supports Burgas's candidacy for European Capital of Culture in 2032.
