International Literary Festival "Holy Word" opens in Burgas

Today, on May 27, in Burgas, the official presentation of the participants in the XIX International Literary Festival "Holy Word" will be held. The event will take place in the courtyard of the Writers' House and will gather authors from Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Republika Srpska, as well as Bulgarian writers.

The International Literary Festival "Holy Word" will be held today, May 27, at 6:00 PM in the courtyard of the Writers' House in Burgas. The event is organized by the Lyuben Karavelov 1940 Community Center in partnership with the Burgas Writers' Community Association and with the financial support of the Municipality of Burgas. The festival is a platform for intercultural dialogue, literary cooperation, and the sharing of spiritual values between the peoples of Southeastern Europe. It actively supports Burgas' candidacy for the European Capital of Culture in 2032. The official presentation will feature authors from Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, the Republic of North Macedonia, the Republika Srpska, as well as prominent Bulgarian writers from Sofia, Veliko Tarnovo, Varna, and Burgas.
