Exhibition of Local Producers and Artisans in Dobrichka

Over 25 producers and artisans from twenty villages in the region will gather to showcase their craftsmanship and products at an exhibition organized by the Municipality of Dobrichka. The event, which is being held for the third consecutive year, solidifies its position as an important forum for the local economy and culture. The news was confirmed by the municipal administration, which emphasized the importance of the initiative for stimulating local production.

Tradition and Taste in One Place

The exhibition, scheduled for September 16, will take place in a central location – in front of the municipal administration building, located at "Tsar Boris III" Square in the city of Dobrich. The space is expected to be filled with numerous stands offering a rich assortment of regional delicacies. Visitors will be able to discover:

• natural meat products
• traditional pastry delights
• fresh fruits and vegetables that carry the authentic taste of the Dobrudzha land.

Artisanal Riches from the Region

In addition to food products, talented artisans from various villages, including Opanets, Lovchantsi, Paskalevo, Rosenovo, Geshanovo, will join and demonstrate their skills. Among them will be knitting masters, producers of organic candles, leather goods such as belts and traditional moccasins, as well as artists creating exquisite embroidery with stitching, wood carvings, and tapestries.

Special attention will be paid to the participation of the municipal vegetable garden from the village of Dolina. For two years now, this garden has been successfully supplying naturally pure fruits and vegetables to kindergartens and social institutions on the territory of the municipality, proving the potential of local, ecological agriculture.

Culmination and Celebration of the Community

The official opening of the event will be marked by the Mayor of Dobrichka Municipality, Sonya Georgieva. The ceremony will kick off a day filled with opportunities for meetings, conversations, and enjoyment of local products. Great interest is expected from residents and guests of Dobrich, who will be able to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of tradition and celebration. To make the experience complete, attendees can enjoy a rich program prepared by the Folk Dance Studio "Dobrudzha", whose chief artistic director is Stoyan Gospodinov. The sounds of music and dances will fill the square, creating a unique atmosphere of joy and community.

Goal and Vision of the Initiative

The main goal of this exhibition, according to information from the municipality, is to give producers of quality food and masters of handmade products the opportunity to present and sell the fruits of their labor themselves. The event does not just showcase goods; it aims to encourage and popularize local activities, giving them deserved visibility. This year marks a greater interest compared to last year, when over 20 producers and artisans participated in the exhibition. All participants received certificates for their contribution and participation, which shows the municipality's recognition of their work.
