The large-scale documentary production "The Last Seagull" will be presented to the public on August 6, 2025 at 7:30 PM in the hall of the Prosvet 1888 Community Center. The film offers an extremely candid narrative about the fate of the main character Ivan – a man facing the challenges of contemporary reality.

Director Tonislav Hristov shares a personal perspective on human suffering: "I wanted to show the deep emotional crisis of a person who has lost faith in their own capabilities. The film reveals the painful experiences of someone trapped in unemployment and social isolation".

The creative team presents a humorous yet critical view of contemporary social processes. The film reveals the dramatic story of an individual trapped in a vicious circle of personal disappointments, alcohol dependency, and lack of perspective.

The international co-production brings together talents from Finland, Norway, and Bulgaria. The screenplay is the work of Tonislav Hristov and Kaarle Aho, the cinematography is entrusted to Orlin Ruevski, and the musical design was created by Petar Dundakov.
