The Municipality of Chernoochene has completed the construction of a pedestrian footbridge, which has allowed the restoration of traffic on road I-5 Kardzhali - Makaza in the village. The movement of motor vehicles was redirected to bypass routes during the construction period in order to ensure road safety and tranquility for the residents.

From June 20, a temporary change in the organization of traffic on road I-2 in the Shumen region will be introduced, related to the upcoming construction of a new roundabout. Restrictions will be imposed on the passage of heavy vehicles, and traffic will be diverted through the "Belokopitovo" road junction on the "Hemus" motorway. The construction and installation activities for the new roundabout will continue for 240 calendar days and will be financed under the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism.

The construction and installation works will be carried out until July 11, with traffic passing in one lane in both directions, regulated by traffic lights.

The major repair of the 320-meter section of the Danube Bridge near Rousse in the direction of Bulgaria is progressing according to plan. 63 old road panels have already been dismantled, and 27 new ones have been installed, bringing the total number to 544 panels. The work also includes the replacement of drainage systems, reinforced concrete panels, and anti-corrosion coating.
