During the night, clear weather will prevail, with more significant cloud cover over Western Bulgaria, but rain will fall only in isolated places.
Tomorrow, the cloud cover will be significant, cumulus and cumulonimbus, and in many places from west to east there will be short, temporarily intense showers and thunderstorms. In Southwestern Bulgaria and the western half of the Upper Thracian lowland, the amounts will be significant and there will be conditions for hail. A moderate to strong wind will blow from the east-northeast. The maximum temperatures will be between 15° and 20°, in the southwestern regions – up to 23°. In Sofia, the maximum temperature will be around 18°.
Before noon, there will be sunny hours along the Black Sea coast, but in the afternoon the cloud cover will increase and will be significant by the end of the day. In places along the northern coast, it will rain lightly. A moderate to strong wind will blow from the east-northeast. The maximum temperatures will be between 13° and 16°. The sea water temperature is 12°-13°. The sea swell will be 2-3 Beaufort.
In the mountains, the cloud cover will be significant, cumulus and cumulonimbus, and in many places there will be short, temporarily intense showers and thunderstorms. The phenomena will be more significant in the massifs of Southwestern Bulgaria and there will also be conditions for hail. On the high peaks, the precipitation will be snow.
On Thursday, it will be cloudy, with showers throughout the country; the greatest probability is that they will be intense and significant in quantity in the Rila-Rhodope region. Mainly in the southwestern regions there will also be thunderstorm activity. The wind from the east-northeast will strengthen, cold air will quickly rush in with it, and the maximum temperatures will be between 10° and 15°, in the extreme southwestern – still up to about 18°.
On Friday, the wind will weaken, but will remain from the north-northeast and the cooling will continue. The night temperatures will also decrease and the minimums will be between 1° and 6°, and the daytime ones – mainly between 9° and 14°.
