Today in most of the country it will remain mostly cloudy, but there will be light precipitation mainly in the mountains. In the afternoon over Southern Bulgaria and the northwestern regions the cloudiness will break up and decrease. A light, in Eastern Bulgaria moderate north-northwesterly wind will blow. Maximum temperatures will be between 7° and 12°, in Sofia - around 8°.
In the mountains it will be mostly cloudy, but only in isolated places, mainly in the Central and Eastern Stara Planina, there will be light precipitation. In the afternoon over the massifs in Southern Bulgaria the cloudiness will break up and decrease. A light to moderate northerly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 4°, at 2000 meters - around 0°.
On the Black Sea coast, cloudy weather will prevail, in the morning hours along the northern coast still with light precipitation. A moderate and temporarily strong north-northwesterly wind will blow. Maximum temperatures will be 8°-10°. The sea water temperature is 13°-15°. The sea swell will be 3 – 4 points, with a tendency to weaken.
