The football club CSKA issued an official statement regarding the current sports situation, firmly supporting its management during a challenging organizational stage. The management acknowledged the existing challenges but emphasized the strategic vision for team development.

In a detailed exposition, the club admitted that current results do not meet expectations, but simultaneously explained the ongoing deep transformation processes. A key emphasis was placed on large-scale infrastructure investments, including the construction of a modern stadium, training center, and youth academy.

Special attention was paid to the executive director Radoslav Zdravkov, whom the club defined as an extremely competent professional. His role was presented as far beyond direct sporting activity - focused on administrative, financial, and organizational processes.

The management emphasized that CSKA is more than an ordinary football club, but a symbol of will and character. Full support was expressed not only to the executive director but also to head coach Dusan Kerkez, his staff, and the entire expert team.

In an emotional appeal to the fans, the club called for patience and unity. The management stressed that building a competitive team requires time, persistence, and collective efforts. They categorically rejected attempts to seek individual culprits for current difficulties.

Among the key messages was that every employee bears responsibility according to their powers and professional duties. The club declared readiness to move forward with a clear strategic goal - returning CSKA to the top of Bulgarian and international football.

A key message was that the moment requires solidarity, not division. "It is easy to look for blame, but right now we must be together," the club was adamant. They expressed confidence that through united efforts they will overcome current challenges.

The official statement concluded with the motto "One Club. One Goal. Only CSKA!", which emphasized the management's determination to continue the started transformation, regardless of short-term results.

The message clearly showed that CSKA is in a process of long-term development, which requires patience, support, and faith from all supporters.
