International Football Tournament "Nesebarkup 2026"
Nesebar once again proves its role as a sports hub, preparing for the 28th edition of the prestigious children's football tournament "Nesebarkup 2026". The event will take place from August 24th to August 29th.
"The period during which the tournament is held is ideal for pre-championship preparation for the BFS season 2026-2027 leagues," shares the main organizer Vladimir Stoyanov.
The scale of the event:
- Over 600 participants: Young talents who will demonstrate their skills on the pitch.
- 60 teams: Participants from Bulgaria, Moldova, Belarus, and Ukraine.
- Age groups: From those born in 2010-2011 to the youngest ones born in 2018-2019.
The matches will be held at the stadiums in Nesebar, Ravda, and Kableshkovo. The tournament is organized with the assistance of the Municipality of Nesebar and the Bulgarian Football Union.
Why is "Nesebarkup" so important?
Mayor Nikolay Dimitrov emphasizes that such initiatives not only foster discipline and sportsmanship but also confirm the city's reputation as a welcoming host for large-scale youth events. Following the highly successful edition in June, "Nesebarkup" reaffirms its status as one of the most anticipated sports events on the Black Sea coast.
