The District Court in Varna has remanded in custody the three defendants accused of murder in the Vladislav Varnenchik residential complex. The request of the District Prosecutor's Office is against one minor and two young men, accused of inflicting bodily harm on hooligan motives, from which the victim died.

The report of a body of a 46-year-old man was filed on April 13. During the initial inspection, it became clear that it was a murder, as the opinion of the forensic doctors after the autopsy showed that the cause of the man's death was blood loss.

The minor boy is detained on charges of murder, and two of his friends - 18 years old, are charged with causing bodily harm - on hooligan, racist, xenophobic or related to sexual orientation motives.

The work on proving and documenting the committed crime continues.

The decision of the Varna District Court is subject to appeal to the Court of Appeal in the city.
