Three people died in 15 road accidents in the country during the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Interior (MIA) announced on its website. 18 people were injured.
In Sofia, four serious accidents and 15 minor road incidents occurred. One person died in the accidents in the capital, and three were injured.
Since the beginning of the year, seven people have died and 40 have been injured in accidents in the country. In comparison with the actual data for fatalities (one person) during the same period of 2025, six more road users died in 2026, according to the MIA.
