Severe road accidents: Interior Ministry statistics
The past 24 hours have proven extremely difficult for road safety in Bulgaria. According to official data published by the Ministry of Interior, 20 road traffic accidents were registered in the country, in which two people lost their lives and 19 others were injured.
The situation in the capital
In Sofia, the situation is calmer regarding serious injuries. Over the last 24 hours, there were 32 minor road accidents in the city, in which, fortunately, no citizens were killed or injured.
Statistics since the beginning of the month show 340 accidents with 26 dead and 408 injured.
