New owner for "Galleria Burgas"
South African company Hyprop Investments has announced plans for large-scale development of the "Galleria Burgas" shopping center following the finalization of its acquisition deal.
The value of the property amounts to over 122 million euros, and the deal is subject to approval by the Commission for Protection of Competition.

The mall has 36,700 sq. m of leasable area and underwent internal modernization earlier in 2024. As a reminder, Hyprop has also owned "The Mall" in Sofia since 2017.
