Large-scale operation against the distribution of laughing gas in Varna
The police in Varna conducted a specialized operation, during which 4,000 doses of laughing gas were confiscated. In the course of the investigation, a 26-year-old man was detained, with evidence suggesting he has been engaged in this illegal activity for years.
"With a quite good standard of living, we have data that he has been doing this for years. He earns 30 euros for every one euro invested in the sale," commented the director of the Varna Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior, Tsvetan Pirovski.
Increased control in nightlife venues
The police are planning a series of large-scale inspections in all establishments in the city. The aim of the initiative is to limit the distribution of prohibited substances, alcohol, and laughing gas among minors.

Nevena Ilieva, administrative head of the Varna District Prosecutor's Office, emphasized that work on the case is ongoing, with more individuals involved in the scheme expected to be uncovered.
