Traffic Accidents in Bulgaria: 11 Casualties in 24 Hours, 7 Serious Incidents

Over the past 24 hours in Bulgaria, 11 people were injured in road traffic accidents (RTAs). Since the beginning of the month, there have been 336 accidents with 23 fatalities.

Eleven people were injured in road traffic accidents (RTAs) in the country in the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Interior announced on its website. The more serious road incidents in the past 24 hours were seven. 

In Sofia, 26 minor RTAs were registered, in which there were no casualties.

Since the beginning of the month, there have been 336 accidents with 23 fatalities and 422 injured. Since the beginning of the year, there have been 752 crashes, 59 people have died, and 936 have been injured. Compared to the actual data for fatalities during the same period in 2025, there are six more fatalities among road users.
