Over the past 24 hours, firefighters responded to 146 calls, 115 fires were extinguished, there were 4 victims.

Over the past 24 hours, fire departments have extinguished a total of 115 fires and responded to 146 incident calls, according to the website of the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population".

One person died in the fires.

At 21:51 yesterday, the Operational Center at RDPBZN - Stara Zagora received a report of a fire in a house in the village of Bratya Kunchevi, Stara Zagora municipality. A 53-year-old man died in the incident, and it was extinguished by a team with one fire engine.

At 14:40 yesterday, the Operational Center at RDPBZN-Lovech received a call for a serious accident between two cars with a subsequent fire on the road between the villages of Dermantsi and Aglen, Lukovit municipality, Lovech region.

The incident was extinguished with two fire trucks. Three people died, including children aged 11 and 14, the statement said.

29 fires occurred with direct material damage, of which 14 in residential buildings, 5 in auxiliary, temporary or makeshift buildings, 4 in vehicles, etc.

86 fires occurred without material damage.

25 rescue operations and support operations were carried out.

There were six false alarms.
