A year ago, the life of 26-year-old Stanimira Bikova from Burgas changed forever. Young, active, and full of plans, she became the victim of a serious accident that kept her in hospitals and rehabilitation centers for months.

During the incident, Stanimira suffered multiple injuries, the most serious of which was a severe fracture of her right leg – the femur and tibia. Despite a series of surgeries and prolonged treatment, the bones did not heal. Doctors diagnosed her with large-bone pseudoarthrosis – a complication that makes recovery extremely difficult.

Today, Stanimira can move, but with constant pain and serious limitations. Every day is a test, and a normal life remains a distant dream. After numerous consultations with specialists in Bulgaria and abroad, hope comes from a specialized clinic in Turkey, where surgical treatment has been offered.

The procedure includes replacing the inserted metal pin and a bone graft from the iliac crest – an intervention that offers a real chance for full recovery and a life without pain. The cost of the surgery amounts to 36,300 euros – a sum that is unaffordable for the young woman's family.

In support of the cause, a charity concert will also be held this month in Burgas. The event will take place on January 19th at 6:00 PM at the Military Club. Admission is by invitation, costing 10 euros, which can be purchased at the National Library „M. Lakatnik“, as well as on site before the concert.

A number of beloved performers and formations will take part on stage, including Georgi Dyulgerov, the „Neftohim Burgas“ Sports Dance Club, DFA „Lazur“, VG „Children of the Sea“ and many more artists, united by one cause – to restore hope to a young girl.
