Bloody statistics: One dead and 30 injured in severe road accidents over the last 24 hours

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports an alarming increase in road accidents. A total of 25 severe accidents were registered in the country over the last 24 hours, and the death toll since the beginning of 2025 is 35 higher compared to the same period last year.

Critical road situation in Bulgaria

Over the past 24 hours, the country woke up to grim statistics. According to official data from the Ministry of Interior (MoI), 25 serious road accidents have been registered, in which one person lost their life and 30 people were injured.

In Sofia, the situation remains tense with two serious and 26 minor accidents, resulting in three injured in the capital.
