Investing in the quality of social services in Nesebar
The kitchen unit of the Home Social Patronage in Nesebar has undergone a large-scale renovation, acquiring 7 new professional appliances. The goal is to provide higher quality, healthier, and more diverse food for those in need in the region.
"With the new equipment, the capacity of the patronage and the 'Warm Lunch' program is increased, providing support for more people at risk," stated Mayor Nikolay Dimitrov.
The new equipment includes:
- Two electric automatic tilting pans;
- Professional electric stoves with an open cabinet base;
- A vegetable cutter with multiple accessories;
- Aspiration system and stainless steel work tables.
Benefits of the modernization:
- Higher quality: Preserving vitamins and minerals in the food.
- Efficiency: Reducing cooking time and lowering overhead costs.
- Scale: The ability to prepare a larger number of portions for 10 settlements in the municipality.
The project was implemented in partnership with the "Social Protection" Fund and is the latest step towards improving social policy in the Nesebar municipality.
