Details from the investigations are indicative of diverse criminal activity in the region. In Tsarevo, around 12:18 PM on September 16, officers from the Tsarevo Regional Police Department conducted a search of a private property inhabited by a 35-year-old man. During the operation, significant amounts of suspected narcotics were seized – a bag of white creamy substance, a grinder with dry herbal mass, two vapes with brown liquid, and other similar materials. Besides narcotics, significant sums of money – 15,050 euros – and artifacts, such as 17 ancient coins, two ancient metal crosses, a metal detector, and other items were found. The 35-year-old man was detained for up to 24 hours. The investigation continues.

Another investigation, related to the deliberate arson of trash cans on September 8 in the central city area and the "Vazrazhdane" neighborhood of Burgas, led to the detention of a 36-year-old, criminally-convicted resident of Burgas. The man made a full confession and was admitted to the "Dr. Ivan Temkov" Center for Mental Diseases in Burgas. Full documentation of the case continues by officers of the First Regional Police Department – Burgas.

The traffic situation in the region was also marked by incidents.

All these events demonstrate the busy daily life of the Ministry of Interior officers in Burgas and the multifaceted picture of accidents and crimes in the region.
