Healthy Eating for Children: A Week in Burgas Kindergartens

The Healthy Eating Week has begun in the kindergartens and nurseries in Burgas, an initiative of Burgas Municipality, which promises a week filled with educational events and culinary adventures for the youngest residents of the city.

The first day of the themed week, entitled "Autumn abundance of fruits and vegetables", immersed the children in the world of healthy eating, where knowledge intertwines with creativity and fun. In the kindergarten "Koledarche", the "Detelina" group presented a fairytale program. The children showcased their skills through songs and dances dedicated to the benefits of healthy eating.

The atmosphere in the kindergarten was filled with joy and excitement. Parents also actively participated, showing their support for the initiative. In a creative culinary workshop organized specifically for them, they participated in the creation of impressive creations - a vegetable train and colorful fruit skewers.

Meanwhile, the children from nursery No. 1, No. 3, DY No. 5 "Shturchi", as well as from the kindergartens "Hans Kr. Andersen" and "Sintchetz" also participated in the educational process. The students of the kindergarten "Hans Kr. Andersen" became familiar with the variety and benefits of fruits in detail, using them as material for making beautiful flowers. Their training took place in an atmosphere of play and fun, as the little ones demonstrated enthusiasm and curiosity.

Throughout the week, filled with many smiles, creativity and enthusiasm, the children took their first steps towards the path of healthy eating, showing that what is healthy can also be extremely fun. The initiative of Burgas Municipality reinforces the importance of early education and upbringing for health, creating a favorable environment for the development of healthy habits from the earliest childhood.
