The Regional Health Inspectorate in Burgas announced the start of a new aerial campaign against mosquitoes in the Vaya Lake area. The treatment will continue until June 27 and will be carried out with an approved, environmentally friendly biocide.

The health authorities in Burgas announced the beginning of a new aerial campaign to fight mosquitoes in the region. The treatment will be carried out in the period from June 24 to 27 and will cover the territory of Lake Vaya. The operation will be carried out in the morning between 4 and 10 o'clock.

The used biocide is VectoBac 12 AS, with permit No. 2443-1/20.09.2018, approved for use against mosquito larvae. The application dose is 0.050 l/dka. The product is a biological larvicide, harmless to mammals, birds and fish.
