The two men paid tribute to the dead and spoke to residents hurt in the attack. People raised the state of their shelters and homes with Zelensky.

The strike damaged more than 100 homes and apartment blocks, schools and other education buildings, kindergartens, shops, businesses and city facilities, the president said. "It is important that those affected finally get a new home," Zelensky said.

He told the head of the regional military administration to quickly help people who have nowhere to return to. The head of the State Emergency Service must make sure residents of the destroyed block can go back to their flats as soon as it is safe.

Zelensky thanked Miliband in particular for coming to Priluky and backing the victims.
