Temporary restriction of traffic on the "Hemus" motorway for pavement repair

On June 24, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., the passage in the active lane in the direction of Sofia in the section from the 71st to the 73rd km of the "Hemus" motorway will be restricted. The restriction is necessary to carry out repairs to the asphalt pavement of this section in the Lovech region. During the activities, vehicles will pass in the overtaking lane.

The Road Infrastructure Agency apologizes to drivers for the inconvenience caused, but emphasizes that these repair works are of key importance for ensuring safe traffic on the motorway. The appeal to drivers is to drive carefully, comply with the rules and speed limits, and not undertake risky overtaking that could jeopardize the safety of all participants in traffic.
