Temporary restrictions on traffic on the "Trakia" highway due to road maintenance

On June 20, from 5 to 13 hours, the traffic between the 89th and 94th kilometer of the "Trakia" highway in the direction of Sofia will be restricted. The passage in the overtaking and emergency lanes will be limited, with the traffic being carried out only in the active lane. The change in the organization of traffic in this 5-kilometer section in the Pazardzhik region is due to the need to mow vegetation in the central dividing strip of the highway and on the shoulders.

The Road Infrastructure Agency calls on drivers to drive carefully, obey the traffic rules and speed limit, and not to undertake risky overtaking that endangers the safety of all other travelers. Also, they should not use the emergency lanes on the highways for faster movement in heavy traffic, as this hinders the passage of vehicles with a special mode of movement in case of an incident.
