Temporary restrictions on Trakia Motorway - important information for drivers

Tomorrow - June 26, will be marked by significant transformations in road traffic on the Trakia highway section, which require increased attention from drivers.

In the first time range, between 5:00 and 13:00, drivers must be extremely cautious in the direction towards Sofia. Specifically, between kilometers 60 and 72, a large-scale vegetation maintenance activity will be carried out, which requires a special traffic mode.

Experts will perform activities to clean the median strip and shoulders. During the operation, passing in the overtaking lane will be restricted, and traffic will gradually be redirected.

The second significant change will occur in the second section - at kilometer 353, where road surface repair work will be conducted from 8:00 to 19:00. During this period, traffic will be carried out mainly in the overtaking lane.

The management of the Road Infrastructure Agency makes an extremely serious appeal to all traffic participants to exercise maximum caution, strictly adhere to established rules and speed limits.
