Attention to drivers: Changes on Trakia Motorway tomorrow

For tomorrow, November 12th, Wednesday, drivers in the Plovdiv region should be especially careful. In a section of the "Trakia" highway, there will be a temporary change in traffic organization in connection with asphalt works.

The works are planned to be carried out between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. They will affect the lane for Sofia, specifically at the 137th kilometer of the highway, as well as between the 140th and 142nd kilometers. Because of this, traffic in these sections will be redirected to the overtaking lane. This means that traffic in the active and breakdown lane will be restricted.

The "Road Infrastructure" Agency appeals to drivers of vehicles. API reminds of the need to strictly adhere to traffic rules. It is especially important to observe the specified maximum speed and to avoid risky overtaking. The agency emphasizes that these actions endanger the safety of all other road users.
