Following a successfully completed competition for the position, Valentin Lyutskanov has been appointed as Chief Secretary of the Regional Administration – Burgas. This decision opens a new chapter in the administration's management, returning an experienced employee with established knowledge and qualities to a key position.
Lyutskanov comes to the position with rich administrative experience, having previously held the same position from 2015 to 2022. The seven years spent in the administration were under the sign of joint work with the current regional governor Vladimir Krumov, who then performed the functions of deputy regional governor. This fact promises a smooth transition and continuity in the work of the administration.
Today, upon taking office, Valentin Lyutskanov was greeted with due respect by the employees and the management of the administration. In addition, he speaks English, Russian, and Italian, which will undoubtedly be beneficial in the performance of his official duties.
