The extension budget will be in effect until the adoption of the State Budget Law of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2026, the State Public Social Security Budget Law for 2026, and the National Health Insurance Fund Budget Law for 2026. The bill guarantees the validity of the 2025 budget until the adoption of the 2026 budget, ensuring legal and financial security.
The cabinet adopts the bill responsibly in order to ensure legal and financial security until the National Assembly in 2026 forms the necessary majority for the budget. The agenda of the meeting includes 52 items.
