A large-scale study conducted by Talker Research and published in New York Post on June 24, 2025, reveals the deepening transformation of the technology labor market in the United States.
The study categorically demonstrates that technology leaders are rethinking their personnel strategies. Nearly 53% of companies declare a direct focus on hiring cybersecurity experts, recognizing potential risks in the digital environment.
Parallel to this, 48% of surveyed managers emphasize the exceptional importance of soft skills such as adaptability, complex problem-solving, and artificial intelligence. These competencies are becoming a key differentiator in personnel selection.
Paradoxically, despite high awareness of threats, only 48% of employees believe in their organizations' full readiness against cyber challenges. Encouraging is the fact that 88% are motivated for additional qualification.
