Dance school DYuN with impressive achievements at a national competition

The Burgas Dance School DJuN performed extremely successfully at the national competition "Pazardzhik Dance Open", held on June 9, 2025. The school's young dancers competed in the styles of jazz, open, character dance, MTV/Commercial, and contemporary dance, with all their dances being ranked first or second. Three of DJuN's choreographies were even included in the competition's gala concert and won some of the major trophies.

The competition jury included popular dancers and choreographers such as Remy Toin, Alexandra Dragova, Kevin Kostov, Anelia Yaneva, and Radika Buskan. Some of the awarded choreographies will be presented at the annual concert of the DJuN Dance School on June 25 at the National Palace of Culture.

Among the distinctions won by DJuN are: first place for "LA BOHEMME" in contemporary dance, mini group; second place for "A PATE" and "CANDY MAN" in commercial and jazz, mini group; first place for "TNT" in show dance formation, children; first place for "QUEEN BEE" in jazz formation, children; first place for "SHUG AVORY" in jazz group, children; first place for "SING SING SING" in show dance trio, children; second place for "GOSSIP" in show dance group, children; and second place for "AFRO" in character dance formation, children.

In 2026, the DJuN Dance School will celebrate its 40th anniversary, continuing to build on its successes at the national and international levels.
