The World Shooting Sport Championship is being held in the Egyptian capital Cairo from November 6th to 16th. The competition, which brings together shooters from all over the world, is one of the most significant sporting events in the shooting calendar. Over 700 athletes are expected to compete for the world title.
The Bulgarian national team is represented by Adiel Ilieva, a competitor from the "Sports Shooting Club" Burgas, founded this year. She will compete in the women's pistol discipline.

The competitor has significant achievements to her name, including silver and bronze medals from European championships in the team competition for women's pistol.
