The report reveals the alarming picture of the cooperation between North Korea and Russia in the context of the war in Ukraine. North Korea provides Russia with over 1.6 million artillery shells and ballistic missiles, which have already been used against civilian targets.

Military experts warn that Russia, under sanctions and international isolation, is seeking any opportunities to replenish its arsenal. North Korea, in turn, expects in exchange technologies, raw materials and even satellite assistance. At the same time, the Ukrainian side and the international community must closely monitor this cooperation, which represents a serious escalation in global security.

American and South Korean services, as well as Ukrainian forces, confirm the suspicions, detecting remnants of North Korean Hwasong-11 missiles at the sites of strikes in Kherson, Kharkiv and Dnipro. In addition, Shahed-like unmanned aerial vehicles of North Korean identity have also been detected on the battlefield.

These systems are part of the Pyongyang regime's effort to test its technologies in combat and build military alliances with Russia. Among other available, but not yet transferred systems from the DPRK arsenal are the KN-09 and KN-25 rocket systems, possible provision of tanks, and more alarmingly, the potential for the transfer of weapons of mass destruction.
