Seven people, including a child, were hurt when Russia hit Sumy with guided air bombs on the morning of October 4, police in the Sumy region say.
The strikes damaged multi-storey flats, cars and a shop. The toll is preliminary and officials are still working out the full damage.
The same morning, Russian forces also struck central Dnipro, starting a fire.
Russia has been waging a full-scale war on Ukraine since February 2022 and regularly hits Ukrainian cities and homes.
