Road repair works on the water supply and sewerage network are closing an intersection in the capital.

Upcoming repair activities on the water supply and sewage infrastructure of the capital municipality will require temporary closure of an intersection in the center of Sofia. According to the official announcement, from 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 until Thursday, June 5, 2025, the movement of motor vehicles in the area of the intersection formed by "Georgi Shaguov" and "Antim I" streets will be discontinued.

The temporary traffic organization in the area of the repair activities is introduced in order to ensure safe working conditions for the repair crews and unimpeded progress of the repair activities on the underground water supply and sewage network. Citizens who use this section are called upon to follow the instructions of the installed road signs and signage, so that no additional difficulties in traffic arise.

The repair activities for the replacement and rehabilitation of the water supply and sewerage network on "Georgi Shaguov" Street are part of the large-scale investment program of the Sofia Municipality to improve the urban infrastructure. It is expected that after the completion of the repair activities, the traffic in the area will be restored to normal mode.
