Repair activities on the Trakia Motorway impose restrictions on traffic in the direction of Sofia.

The upcoming repair works on the Trakia Motorway in the section between km 161 and km 166 in the direction of Sofia will require traffic restrictions in the period from June 20 to June 23. The change in traffic organization is necessary to carry out pavement patching.

On June 20, the repair activities will be carried out from 8 am to 9 pm in the section between km 164 and km 166, with traffic passing only in the overtaking lane. On June 21, the works will be carried out between km 163 and km 164, with the active and emergency lanes closed, and traffic will be carried out in the overtaking lane. On Sunday, June 22, there will be no repair work to avoid disrupting the traffic of travelers to Sofia.

On June 23, the repairs will continue in the section between km 161 and km 163, with the active and emergency lanes again closed, and traffic will be carried out only in the overtaking lane.

The Road Infrastructure Agency calls on drivers to follow the traffic rules, not to take risky overtaking, and to comply with the speed limit to ensure the safety of all travelers.
