Expert from "Transitional Home" takes over Culinary Heritage Festival

Users of the social service "Transitional Home" from Burgas triumphed at the 17th edition of the prestigious Festival of Traditional Foods, Livelihoods, and Crafts "Culinary Heritage of Thrace". By participating, they not only showcased their culinary skills but also won the highest distinction at the event, leaving a lasting impression on guests and the jury.

The competition brought together master chefs and lovers of traditional tastes, but it was the "Transitional Home" stand that managed to stand out from the crowd. Eight users of the social service actively participated in the event, presenting dishes typical of their countries of origin. Their participation was led by the manager of the social service, Tsvetelina Todorova, who, as it turned out, also possesses exceptional knowledge in the field of traditional Arabic cuisine.

The interest in their stand was enormous. As soon as the festival opened, long queues of curious visitors formed, eager to taste the exotic dishes. Within minutes, all the food, prepared with great effort and care by the participants, was sold out. The atmosphere was filled with aromas and lively conversation, and the smiles on the faces of the visitors were the best evaluation of the culinary talent of the participants.

At the culmination of the festival, during the voting for "Most Delicious Food", the victory was unanimously awarded to the "Transitional Home" stand. For their success, they received not only an official certificate and diploma but also a special prize. It was personally presented by the chairman of the municipal council of Ivaylovgrad and was a monetary award, provided by the Municipality of Ivaylovgrad. This gesture highlights both their culinary achievements and the social significance of the project.

The participation of the users of "Transitional Home" at the festival turned into a true feast for the senses and proof that cultural differences can meet and merge into one harmonious experience brought to the table. Their success is not only personal but also a message of tolerance and integration.
